Prices:

Displayed products are inclusive of taxes.

Delivery:

The ordered products shall be shipped within three to four (3-4) business days from the receipt of an order from the ordering Buyer, subject to receipt of required approval from the approving authority.

In case the ordered variant is under constrained delivery, Zones will ensure a timely revert within 24 hours of receiving the order with the required information on the proposed delivery timelines/alternatives available for the Buyer to choose from. However, if the Buyer desires not to wait for the new timelines or any alternate model, Zones shall ensure refund of Payment received at the time of order placement on priority to Buyer’s account.

The timeline of the refund will be as per the respective Bank’s refund policy and the payment would be made to the same Corporate Credit through which the order was placed.

No charges will be applicable while refunding the amount if cancellation reason is non-availability or End of Life (EOL) Product.

Modes of Payment:

Zones accepts all the modes of payments such as credit, debit, Net banking, UPI. Any Payment in favour of Zones to be made by Buyer immediately upon placing order.

Warranty:

All products delivered under the program shall be covered by the standard warranty as provided by the OEM. The procedure of availing the warranty services shall also be as per the standard procedure as announced by the OEM.

For DOA/ DAP products the buyer needs to log in a complaint with the OEM Call centre within 48 Hours of delivery and provide the Ticket ID to us, post which Zones shall arrange to get the device picked up for replacement / repair which shall be as per the OEM’s discretion & policy. Zones would not assume full responsibility in the above case as the process for replacement of Apple Products is very stringent in such cases and they require the Buyer details for providing the repair / replacements directly for Buyer.

The Call log in must be done by the Buyer, however Zones will undertake the responsibility of physical replacement from the service centre. Any Scratches / Damages / Cosmetic damages shall not be considered under DOA /DAP policy and the phone shall be treated as for repair under warranty only.

In case of any damaged/tampered packaging found at the time of delivery should not be accepted by the Buyer at the time of delivery.

Cancellation:

Orders once placed can only be cancelled under following circumstances:

  • Excessive delay in delivery of the product i.e. either Buyer not willing to wait for the Delivery in case of stock constraint situation which will be updated by Zones or if the Initially committed & accepted delay in delivery is also not met. Zones will endeavour to deliver the over ordered quantities at the earliest availability, however where production schedules / lead times are beyond 4 – 6 weeks these would qualify as “excessive delay”.
  • The approving authority at Zones does not approve the Buyer’s order for fulfilment.
  • In case Buyer wants to change the model initially ordered, however this would only be applicable if the order has not been invoiced & shipped at the time of change being requested. This may require a reapproval by Zones approving authority and may also require to pay the price difference if any.
  • In case, the device model is not available for dispatch (which Buyer opted for), the Buyer needs to reach out to Zones team with other available options. If the Buyer accepts the other model options, same can be processed but Zones team needs to be informed about this prior to dispatch.
  • Order cancellation communications need to be clear with Zones team. The Zones team should be updated with refund related email once the order is cancelled or rejected by Buyer. If the refund is delayed after given timeline, Buyer shall be posted on the same.
  • On receipt and approval of cancellation, Zones team shall plan to adjust / return the payment made by the Buyer as per the Bank guidelines. The Buyer shall however not be eligible for claiming any interest on such transactions.

Refund Policy:

Zones shall align the Refund policy to be in line with the products and services available on the website. In case where Buyer Order is cancelled, the refund of payment received shall be processed by Zones to the Buyer’s bank account within seven (07) working days. If there is a delay in refund of payment due to bank/ public holiday, the Zones team shall send update to the Buyer.

Transport Insurance:

Zones has an Insurance - Marine Transit Policy in place which ensures transit coverage till point of delivery. Once delivered the transit insurance ceases unless the delivery is refused by Buyer due to Damaged Packaging or open Packaging for any reason, basis which the Buyer would be entitled to raise a claim for replacement of damaged product or tampered box after due verification and process.

Zones is committed to Buyer privacy. We regularly review our privacy policies to ensure we remain current with applicable laws, as well as ensuring the goodwill of our Buyers.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Zones and its Personnel collect, retain, use, disclose, or otherwise process information about our Buyers and potential Buyers, Individuals ("Buyers" or “you’’, “your”).

We collect information when one visits or registers on our site, places an order, subscribes to our newsletter, responds to a survey, or fills out a form.

We may collect the following Personal Information/Transactional Information:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address
  • Credit Card Number

Zones may also retain certain other information that you provide, including names and email addresses associated with email subscriptions, surveys, requested quotes, or other registration activities ("Other Customer Information"). Transactional Information and Other Customer Information are collectively referred to herein as "Customer Information".

We use the collected information in one of the following ways:

  • For billing and shipping of order(s) and contacting you about your order(s).
  • To personalize and improve your experience when interacting with our systems including the website.
  • To improve the quality of customer support services.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site features.
  • To send periodic marketing or customer support email communications.

We may share the information that we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties such as, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.
